Idaho blue is a place in this land
rivers, mountains and lakes in our hand
tips of pine trees that touch the sky
reflections of river stone dance in your eye

From far away we came and we learned
what others discovered before we were born
the old pioneers stood on virgin land
the new frontier now is where we stand

Grizzly's, moose, deer, eagles and all wild life
we will protect so no more will they strife
we'll do what we can to keep watch and ponder
the sun sets low, we're quiet at all god's wonder

For now we go and part the mountain
our hearts, minds, emotion left here to come back to
jim, michele, mark, tawnie and brent
captain curtis, linda, alan and skip

accidental friends that found each other
between hope and clark fork, thank you mother nature
